Achievements

The opportunity for multi-agency networking, collaborative planning, development and working has been immense, and has seen significant achievements.

Members have had opportunities for joint working, funding and training within often complex organisational structures, they have also used their local connections to cascade this knowledge out into their communities.

The Locality Planning Groups have been able to review, shape and input into indicators of how well families in areas are achieving and have passed this local knowledge onto the Western Outcomes Group who have then consulted about this information.
