Child Safety Week from the 5-11 June 2017 is the annual campaign run by the Child Accident Prevention Trust to reduce accidental injuries and deaths among children in the UK. The Southern HSC Trust in partnership with the Public Health Agency will facilitate a ‘Sharing is Caring’ workshop this month to support organisations working with families and children.
Book a Free place for the Annual Workshop for Child Safety Week taking place on 16th May From 10.00am to 12.30 in the Training Room, Promoting Wellbeing Team, Ward 1, St Luke’s Hospital, Armagh.
The morning workshop will provide information on this year’s Child Safety Week campaign and will give support for anyone working with or in contact with families and children to improve Child Safety. Copies of the Ideas Booklet and Official Child Safety Week poster will be available together with supplies of home safety aids and free home/child safety literature for you to use with clients, patients, service users and families in the community.
